New Year Better Me!

One of my goals this year is to exercise to get fit and to eat healthy. See I've been putting it off for about 2 years (since I got married). I usually have mental motivation to start  I just never do. Yes I know I very petite, but I am NOT in shape at all.

Almost every morning in 2013 I would wake up an hour early to go work out before work, but instead I would just lay in bed and watch "KELLY AND MICHAEL". I would look at the time and It was time to start getting ready for work. After work I would rush to school. I was way to tired to do anything at the end of the day.

Today was actually the first day I started o working out and eating right too. I only worked out for 25 minutes. and My legs felt so sore and weak. I want to keep this going for the rest of 2014 and see how my life can really change. A NEW YEAR A BETTER AND HEALTHIER ME! :)

  2. I am also trying to get fit as well. I usually go hard the first two weeks and quit. Not good, but I plan to keep it up this time. Good luck :)

  3. I guess my post must not have been very good for motivating anyone in the new year. I am an avid gym goer and I love working out its a passion of mine and I know a lot about health and nutrition. I am newly a vegan and I think I will try and gear all of my future posts to a more positive outlook on working out and being healthy. If you have any questions or need any tips or motivation feel free to message me.

  5. I am having the same problem with my diet and exercises. I promised to begin in Jan 14, and the time passed by and I have never started even a day. I guess I have to try it again!

  6. I hate to diet, but I love to eat, I just balance the two: eating and working out, constantly looking at my weight but in a positive way. no bodys perfect
